MAP071 – Oxygen masks de-modification

This (de-)modification comprises of instructions for reversing back to the under the aircraft’s TC certified oxygen masks for the flight crew in combination with smoke protective goggles, due to obsolescence of the later installed and approved under a separate modification full-face masks from the same manufacturer. The installation type, parts, location and procedures are as approved by Boeing and in accordance with various Boeing documents.

  • Instruction for Continued Airworthiness

EASA Design Organisation approval

Certified design

MAP 21 achieved an EASA Part 21 Subpart J Design Organisation Approval in 2007, EASA.21J.326, which enables us to approve modifications to the aviation industry as a delegated EASA authority.
