MAP008 – Passenger equipment for operation installation
To prepare the aircraft for service several small changes was introduced to ensure compliance with EASA operational requirements as well as operators own service experience. These changes included:
Installation of owners identification plate
Installation of additional ICS connections
Installation of crew life jackets and coat hooks
Installation of cabin utility box
Installation of cabin flash light
Installation of cabin first aid kit
Installation of seat locator guide
Installation of passenger necessities in seat pocket
Installation of cabin ambulance kit
Installation of Life raft release handle tear-off cover
Installation of seat straps for PLB
Installation of literature pockets on first seat row
Installation of cabin windows sun protective film
The modification includes (customer documents):
Installation drawings
Engineering orders
Flight Manual Supplement
Instructions for Continued Airworthiness

MAP 21 achieved an EASA Part 21 Subpart J Design Organisation Approval in 2007, EASA.21J.326, which enables us to approve modifications to the aviation industry as a delegated EASA authority.
