The modification comprises of a cargo manifest pouch installation in the forward cargo compartment of the aircraft just aft of the hatch on the inside wall liner. Re-closable loops fasteners are used.
The cargo manifest holder will safely store the cargo manifest pouch (and its contents) and will ensure that the luggage handlers always know where the cargo manifest is stored.
